A Journey ahead
The players and Ireena start traveling towards Tser Pool and Vallaki. They meet Strahd himself on the way.

Village of Barovia

The players start with going shopping in Bildrath’s Mercantile where Parriwimple awaits them with a crate of 4x Fire bottles and 4x potions of healing.
They head to the mansion where Shaggy asks them to get Ireena who is mostlikely in the north of the town. They find her digging a hole by a tree, Kaz takes his shovel and helps digging. After digging up the chest and talking they head to the mansion to gather all their supplies and they leave the village. #EscortingIreena

As the players are walking through the woods they get stopped by 2 scouts(Kereza and Korga), who ask them first if Ireena is traveling with them of her own will and second if they've seen the Lansten family: two parents and 3 children. The players have not seen them so they continue on their way.
As they reach a specific point on the road they head into the woods to find Van Richten's hidden stash using Coordinates to weapon stash. There's a tree like in the description but there's 5 zombies in front of it, 2 big ones and 3 small ones, mostlike the Lansten family.
#battle The players attack and kill the 5 zombies without much issue.
In the tree they find a small, unlocked wooden chest containing 20 silvered crossbow bolts, a light crossbow, two healer’s kits, two vials of holy water, and one potion of healing. After looting it they head back onto the road towards Tser Pool.
When they reach the crossroads between Barovia Village, Tser Pool and Ravenloft/Vallaki, they stop and look at the old wooden gallow that's right there in the middle. When behind them they can hear the sound of a horse drawn carriage.

In front of them is a large black carriage drawn by two black horses, in the coach box the players see a man which Ireena identifies as Escher gasping that he should be dead. Escher steps down and opens the door of the carriage and out comes a man, Strahd von Zarovich. He looks around and greets all of the players and some conversation begins, he asks the players quite a few hypothetical questions. At the end of his questioning he gets challenged by Kaz and they decide to fight.
#battle Kaz and Strahd start a duel. Strahd promises to hold back 5 turns, which he does and it seems nothing can actually hurt him, after the 5 turns are over he pummels on Kaz until he accidentally almost hurts Caspian, they call off the fight.
Strahd bids them farewell and leaves. When the players prepare to continue their trek towards Tser Pool, and where there was nothing on the gallows, now hangs a lifeless body. To most of the players it looks like a random man, but to Kaz it looks like himself. As soon as Caspian touches the body, it melts into nothingness. They continue now towards Tser Pool. #FindMadamEva

Session ends when a raven with blue-tipped wings crash lands in front of them, being chased by The Strix.
